At shelling-hit Uri, the Waqf Board Chairperson praised Indian armed forces for the success. Speaking to the reporters, Waqf Chief, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) commended the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, attributing the operation’s success to his decisive governance. “Sindoor Operation was a successful operation and under the leadership of the Prime Minister Modi, it has shown that India is not to be provoked. Our armed forces entered the enemy’s territory and gave a befitting reply. We salute our brave soldiers and the Prime Minister for this resolute action,” she stated.
